U14 Fantastic win
A great win for Ferry, Newcastle started the better but Ferry's defence stood tall. Ferry got the first goal through a great run down the wing by Cian Enright Barry getting behind the defence and shooting to far corner of net.
Newcastle equalised shortly after, but Ferry got the second just before half time. Our midfielder Shay Leahy got the ball outside the box and struck a mighty shot in off the post , unstoppable.
Ferry had been playing with wind in the first half, so the defence was very busy in the second half.
The defence did hold out well to hold on for win.
